Our return and exchange policy is as follows:
1. To benefit from return and exchange services, the original invoice must be brought.
2. Return and exchange includes all items except (prepaid cards).
3. The item must be in the same condition as when purchased and in its original packaging.
4. Return within 3 days and exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
5. The promotional offer associated with the returned item can be returned if it is in its original condition or the promotional value will be deducted.
6. Purchases made with vouchers, credit cards or through the installment purchase service cannot be returned for cash.
7. Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment (carton) is intact and in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
8. The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of receipt, and the purchase invoice that arrived with the shipment must be brought.
Immediate replacement of devices with manufacturing defects
• We will replace the device with a manufacturing defect (non-software) within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
1. The device must be free from any scratches or misuse.
2. Bring the original box with all accessories and user manuals inside.
3. A report from an authorized service agent may be required before replacement.
