Warranty Policy and Method

As a customer who deserves all appreciation and attention, we provide you with the terms and conditions of the warranty for all products that are subject to warranty by the company agent or Solutions Store. We kindly ask you to read all the points before filling out the warranty form below and make sure that you meet all the warranty conditions so that your request is not rejected.


First. Product Warranty:

  • The warranty on all electronic devices is one or two years (the warranty period is stated in the product specifications) from the date of purchase. It is necessary to present the purchase invoice or provide us with the order number.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse or breakage.



Second. Guarantee mechanism:

1- Within 3 days of receiving the product:

  • In the event that you receive a damaged product, a manufacturing defect, or a defect from the manufacturer, you can return/replace the product from the first use. Please contact us directly within a maximum of 3 days.
  • Provided that you guarantee to us that the product is intact, in its original condition, and with all its accessories (Halul Store bears all shipping costs for exchanging the product).
  • If the customer requests to return the product and refund the amount paid without any legitimate reason, the round-trip shipping fees and electronic payment fees will be deducted from the customer.
  • Warranty for Apple AirPods and all Apple products (Apple agent, Arab Computers) ,   If any problems arise after that, we will be happy to serve you.


2- After 3 days of receiving the product:

  • Solutions Store does not bear shipping costs in any way, all shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • In the event of a malfunction during the specified warranty period (the warranty period is stated in the product specifications) after using the product, the product is inspected by a technical team (and if it is proven that there was no misuse), the damaged product is replaced with a new product of the same type directly, and in the event that the product is not available, the customer is compensated with another alternative product, if the customer desires this option or is given a purchase voucher with the same value as the product, it can be used at any time through our online store (and the Solutions Store does not bear shipping costs in one way or another, all shipping costs are on the customer) , and if there is misuse of the product, the customer is not compensated and the product is returned to the customer after transferring the shipping fees.
  • The customer ships the defective product to the store address in the city of Unaizah via a shipping company (pre-selected in the order), after coordinating with the customer service at the Solutions Store to issue a return policy, and the customer bears its value, which is in accordance with the shipping and delivery policy, to follow up on the shipment’s arrival to the store by the specialized team, then the replacement product is shipped by the store after following up on the product’s arrival to us and presenting it to the warranty.


Thirdly. The warranty does not include:

  • Defects and malfunctions arising due to consumer misuse.
  • The warranty does not include accessories such as wallets, covers, stickers, and other non-electronic products (unless the warranty is mentioned in the product description).
  • X-Lord package warranty with the agent (the warranty is explained in the product specifications).
  • Expose the product to heat or sunlight.
  • Product exposed to liquids, water, excessive moisture and dust.
  • Drop, violent shaking or breakage of the product.
  • Use of other accessories that are incompatible or of poor quality.
  • The product has been intentionally opened by the customer or unauthorized service centers.
  • Wires are exposed to cuts and strain.
  • The product warranty is only replaced once during the warranty period.

Fifth: General Terms and Conditions:

  • The customer is not entitled to claim anything if more than the period specified above has passed (in the event of a defect from the first use).
  • In order for us to respond to you as quickly as possible, please send only one message, and do not send consecutive messages.
  • The warranty does not cover misuse by the customer such as breakage, cutting, etc.
  • We will respond within 48 hours, God willing.
